Test Manager

The Test Lead is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all testing activities for complex, large-scale custom software solutions. This role ensures that delivered solutions meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and security. The Test Lead works closely with development teams, architects, and business stakeholders to define test strategies, manage execution, and guarantee that solutions are robust, maintainable, and aligned with business requirements.

Responsibility Expectations:
– Maintain a comprehensive test strategy and roadmap aligned with project objectives.
– Translate business and technical requirements into detailed test plans and scenarios.
– Lead and coordinate functional, integration, performance, and security testing activities.
– Ensure test coverage across all solution components, including integrations and UX/UI.
– Manage defect lifecycle and drive resolution in collaboration with development teams and customer stakeholders.
– Monitor and report on test progress, quality metrics, and risks to stakeholders.

Hard Skills:
– Proven experience in leading testing for complex software solutions.
– Expertise in test planning, execution, and reporting for large-scale projects.
– Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools (e.g.Azure DevOps Test Plans). – Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services and modern web technologies.
– Understanding performance, security, and accessibility testing.
– Excellent analytical and documentation skills.

Soft Skills:
– Ability to lead and coordinate testing activities for delivery teams of 50+ members.
– Strong communication skills for engaging technical and business stakeholders.
– Collaborative mindset for working in multicustomer and cross-functional environments.
– Detail-oriented and organized, with a commitment to quality.
