The cook is responsible for preparing dishes according to the restaurants recipes and instructions. Tasks include ingredient preparation, fresh pasta making, preparation of basic Italian dishes, cooking, plating, and maintaining daily kitchen cleanliness. The cook follows hygiene and food safety guidelines and works smoothly together with the kitchen team. Experience with Italian cuisine, especially fresh pasta preparation, is appreciated.
