E-commerce and IT Development Specialist

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce and IT Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will ensure seamless integration and optimisation of our B2C platforms (Shopify, Business Central, etc.), support technical development, and drive improvements across Europe and the US. You will work closely with IT teams and business stakeholders to maintain smooth operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

What you will do
Integration support, monitoring & optimisation
– Oversee and monitor B2C integrations (Shopify, Business Central, etc.)
– Identify and resolve integration issues in collaboration with the IT team
– Assess potential integration risks and proactively prevent disruptions
– Develop and maintain real-time monitoring tools and alerts for early issue detection
B2C technical development
– Gather business requirements across Europe and the US and translate them into technical specifications
– Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritise development needs and communicate progress transparently
Business Central (BC) development
– Ensure smooth B2C processes and accurate data flows (e.g., sales & returns) in Business Central
– Drive fixes and enhancements with IT teams and external partners
– Define, test, and implement new BC developments for B2C processes
– Participate in system upgrade testing (e.g., BC version updates)
Other
– Contribute to additional projects as assigned

What helps you succeed

– Strong understanding of system integrations and data flows
– Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with IT teams
– Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
– Familiarity with monitoring tools and proactive risk management

This is a full-time, fixed term role from 1 January 2026 until 28 February 2027 based at our new Reima headquarters in Vallila, Helsinki in Finland, offering a hybrid working model for added flexibility.
