Warehouse and Distribution Worker (Inkoo, Finland)

Job description:
We are looking for reliable and motivated warehouse and distribution workers to join our logistics operations in Inkoo. The work includes receiving, organizing, and preparing goods for distribution, as well as short-term warehouse maintenance and delivery-related duties. The position requires good physical condition, accuracy, and a responsible attitude.

Requirements:
Excellent command of English (spoken and written)

At least around one year of experience in similar or larger-scale warehouse, logistics, or distribution operations

Willingness to live in employer-arranged accommodation in Inkoo

Commitment to study Finnish independently and reach at least A2 level proficiency within six (6) months of arrival (mandatory)

Physically fit and capable of manual work

Previous experience in transportation or delivery tasks is considered an advantage

Employment terms:
Salary: EUR 1,810.50 / month (gross), according to PAM B2 level

Deductions:

EUR 220 / month for accommodation and daily meals

EUR 20 / month for a mobile phone benefit
Total deductions: EUR 240 / month

The employer provides furnished accommodation, daily meals, daily transportation between the accommodation and workplace, as well as all required work clothing, protective gear, and tools free of charge.

All statutory taxes, insurances, and social contributions are handled in accordance with Finnish law.
