_The Finnish Cultural Foundation is a private foundation whose activities cover the whole of Finland. We are looking for an **event management intern** for the fall of 2026 who is nearing the end of their studies. You will assist us in the planning and management of our stakeholder and public events. You will handle the practical details of various events, such as invitation processes and the reservation of venues, technology, accommodation and catering.

You are a responsible person and take care of your work tasks reliably. You have excellent teamwork skills and get along well with different kinds of people. You are efficient and work well independently and you enjoy learning new things.

You are proficient in using digital tools, the most important of which are the MS365 programs Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Word. Many of the tasks require at least a moderate level of Finnish, but it is possible to work primarily in English or Swedish.

Experience in event management tool Lyyti is considered an advantage, as is practical knowledge of eco-friendly event planning and sustainable development goals.

You will work under our Development Director and will receive support from all 50 colleagues in our organisation.

You are in the final stages of your bachelors or masters degree and need an internship. Ideally, you will be able to start your internship in August 2026. We are primarily looking for a full-time intern whose daily working hours will be 7 hours and 15 minutes and weekly 36 hours and 15 minutes. The internship will continue until the end of November or December 2026. You will work primarily in the office in central Helsinki. The position pays €1,500€1,800 per month, depending on the stage of your studies and your previous work experience. You will also receive meal, sports, culture and commuting benefits.
