Cleaning and Logistics Worker
Spark Bharat Oy is seeking a motivated, reliable cleaning, warehousing, and transportation worker with proficiency in Tamil for a permanent position. Proficiency in Tamil is essential for performing the job duties, as daily work and instructions from supervisors are primarily given in Tamil.
The work is primarily carried out in Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa, and elsewhere in the Uusimaa region. Assignments may also be available in Rauma and Tampere as needed. Regular working hours are 37.5 hours per week. Compensation is in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement for the property services sector.
**We require**
– At least 2 years of work experience in the cleaning, warehousing, or logistics sector
– A BE drivers license
– A valid forklift operators license
– An occupational safety certificate
– Good physical condition and the ability to handle even heavy tasks
– The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
– Flexibility regarding work hours
– Attention to detail, punctuality, and a responsible work ethic
– A customer-service-oriented mindset
**We consider the following a plus**
– First aid training (EA1)
– Hygiene certificate
– Experience using various cleaning machines
– Experience in moving logistics or delivery tasks
