**What This Job Actually Is**

You will work in busy public locations, approaching people, starting conversations, and inviting them to support World vision

You will speak to hundreds of people per day .

Some will ignore you. Some will say no.

Some will say yes because of you.

This job is simple.

But it is not easy.

What You Will Do

Approach people confidently in public locations

Start conversations and build quick trust

Represent World Vision professionally

Explain campaigns clearly and convincingly

Ask for commitment and close donors

Work towards daily and weekly targets

**Who This Is For**

This role is for people who:

Valid work permit

Speak English, Finnish or Swedish.

Are confident or want to become confident

Are competitive and goal-driven

Are not afraid of rejection

Want to earn based on performance

Enjoy working in a social, high-energy environment
