Founded in Finland, Owatec Group is a cleantech company operating based on circular economy principles, specializing in the treatment of industrial wastewater and sludge, as well as the recovery of valuable components from side streams using solutions built into shipping containers. Our operations have a broad impact on reducing the environmental burden across various industrial sectors, significantly contributing to the promotion of biodiversity.

The organization includes two subsidiaries, Owatec AS and Owatec Service. The main owner of the company is the Swiss publicly listed company, Sulzer AG.
