Lodge receptionist

The position begins in June 2026 and is a fixed-term contract (4 months).

You will work with the entire hotel and restaurant team as well as other staff members. Your responsibilities will include:

Main responsibilities:

– Guest reception (check-in and check-out)

– Managing reservations and guest information

– Providing information about activities and nature experiences

– Handling phone calls, emails, and payments

– Tracking reservations

– Equipment rental (bicycles, canoes)

In addition, your duties may include:

– Serving food on-site (buffet and à la carte)

– Cleaning the hotel

– Cleaning rooms

– Maintaining and taking care of the saunas

– Airport transfers / hostel transfers

We expect from you:

– Previous experience in similar roles is considered an advantage

– A hygiene certificate is required for this position (can also be obtained at the employers expense)

– You are friendly, have good social skills, and are capable of working both independently and as part of a team.

– Good knowledge of the English language is required, knowledge of the Finnish language is considered an advantage

– A drivers license is required

Salary and benefits:

– Salary: €1,900 gross, according to the collective agreement

– Work hours: 40 hours per week, 5 days per week

– Benefits: the employer provides meals and accommodation
