Event Hosts / Hostesses Wanted – Helsinki

Moving Talent is looking for professional and reliable event hosts/hostesses for upcoming temporary assignments in Helsinki.

We are looking for mature, service-minded and confident people who are comfortable interacting with guests, taking initiative, and maintaining a professional and welcoming attitude throughout the event.

Previous experience within event hosting, guest service, airport transfers, conferences, hospitality or similar roles is highly preferred.

Kindly note: To be considered for the current round of interviews, you must be available to work all days from 30 November to 5 December.

We are looking for candidates who:

– Are professional, reliable and well-presented

– Are 18 years or older

– Have previous experience in event hosting, transfers, hospitality or similar roles

– Are confident and comfortable interacting with guests

– Speak fluent English

– Have a valid right to work in Finland

– Are flexible and strong team players

– Finnish language skills are considered a plus

Please note that all communication, briefings and work instructions will be in English.

These are event-based positions in Helsinki.
