6. Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in the industrial sector
7. Good knowledge of geometry and measurement techniques
8. Understanding of 3D models and technical drawings
9. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
10. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
11. Experience in production management and work organization
12. Strong organizational and communication skills
13. Knowledge of occupational safety regulations
