Our client Infosys is seeking an experienced Technology Lead Telecom Systems & Data Operations, to work with enterprise applications within the telecom industry. This role is ideal for a handson technical expert with strong backend, data processing, and Linuxbased system experience, who enjoys working in complex enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
– Lead the development, enhancement, and maintenance of telecomgrade enterprise applications.
– Work extensively with Java to build and optimize backend services.
– Utilize Microsoft Logparser and MS SQL for log analysis, data extraction, and troubleshooting.
– Operate and maintain solutions running on Linux and appliancebased environments.
– Ensure system reliability, performance, and scalability in highavailability telecom infrastructures.
– Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to resolve issues, improve system design, and ensure highquality delivery.
– Provide technical guidance, support junior team members, and contribute to architectural decisions.
Qualifications & Experience
– 10+ years of total industry experience, including at least 8 years of relevant handson work.
– Strong expertise in Java, Logparser, MS SQL, Linux, and appliancebased systems.
– Experience working in the telecom domain or other highavailability, highperformance environments.
– Ability to analyze complex system issues, interpret large log datasets, and drive rootcause investigations.
– Strong communication skills in English and ability to work effectively in a hybrid, international environment.
This is a fixedterm (approx. 9 months project) fulltime position based in Helsinki, Finland (hybrid), starting as soon as possible.
