Hotel Manager (Accommodation and restaurant)

Hetan Majatalo is seeking a responsible and administratively skilled supervisor for a full-time, indefinite-term position in Enontekiö. In this role, you will be responsible for the guesthouses day-to-day operational management, ensuring smooth customer service, and assisting with financial administration tasks.

Key responsibilities:

– Designing company development strategies and financial budget control

– Coordinating and supervising daily operations

– Making SOP and ensure its enforcement, quality control

– Personnel management and shift scheduling

– Developing international customer service and marketing

We expect you to have:

– Relevant administrative experience or prior supervisory experience

– Knowledge of family-owned hotel and restaurant business

– Mature marketing experiences, especially toward Asian market

– Good English skills and basic Finnish skills

– Diligence, an independent work ethic, and the ability to relocate to Enontekiö area

– Salary: € 3500 per month

– Work hours: Full-time, in accordance with the collective agreement.

– Start date: As agreed or after a residence permit is granted.
