We are now looking for a passionate **Chef** to join our kitchen team for the winter season 20262027.
**About the Role**
**We are looking for both Breakfast Chefs and Dinner Chefs. Please indicate in your application which role you are interested in.**
As a Chef at Halo Igloos, you are part of delivering a high-quality food experience for our guests.
– Work under the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
– Prepare dishes with consistency, care and attention to detail
– Contribute to a kitchen focused on **Scandinavian and international cuisine**
– Be part of a team where food is a key element of the overall guest experience
Breakfast is always served as a buffet, while dinner is offered either as a buffet or à la carte depending on the concept.
**What You Will Do**
– Prepare and present high-quality breakfast and dinner dishes
– Ensure consistency and efficiency in daily kitchen operations
– Follow recipes, standards and kitchen procedures
– Maintain high hygiene and food safety standards
– Support the Head Chef in daily operations
– Keep the kitchen clean, organized and well-functioning
**What We Expect**
– Previous experience in a professional kitchen
– Strong work ethic and attention to detail
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Good understanding of hygiene and food safety standards
– Interest or experience in **Scandinavian or international cuisine**
– Team-oriented mindset
– Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays
– Basic English skills (Finnish is a plus)
