The Finnish Red Cross Blood Service provides hospitals with safe and effective blood products and laboratory services that are essential for patient care. We also maintain the Stem Cell Registry and the Blood Service Biobank.

The Finnish Red Cross Blood Service is a non-profit organization. Our annual budget is approximately EUR 60 million, and we employ around 500 people.
