Sales Manager (Process & Energy industry)

We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our Process & Energy sector sales team in Southern Finland.

In this role, you will be responsible for sales tasks within the process industry area and contribute to the development of sales activities. Your duties will include growing existing customer relationships and acquiring new customers, particularly within your own area of responsibility. Additionally, you will collaborate with sales management to leverage the full range of Elomatic’s design services. You will manage tasks from prospecting to preparing quotes, framework agreements, and reporting in cooperation with the sales organization.

You will participate in setting annual goals, and coordinate and maintain contact with customers within your area of responsibility. Additionally, you will ensure the creation of consistent procedures and tailored sales strategies for each customer.

Key to success in this role is:

• Suitable technical education (B.Sc, M.Sc) or good technical understanding accumulated in previous positions.
• Previous work experience supporting the versatile tasks in this role, e.g. in demanding sales roles, project management or planning.
• Experience in managing large sales or delivery projects and the ability to condense and present complex entities clearly.
• Experience in process industry (e.g. food industry, chemical industry, forest industry).
• Independent and sales-oriented approach to work.
• Good communication and cooperation skills, as well as a natural interest in networking and building professional partnerships.
• Strong skills in managing several large clients and projects at the same time.
• Excellent Finnish language skills and good English skills, other language skills are a plus.
