Projektant/Projektantka branży elektrycznej / Electrical Design Engineer – Team Leader

Idealny kandydat to doświadczony inżynier z silnymi kompetencjami w zakresie elektryki i AKPiA oraz umiejętnością czytania schematów P&ID.

Zakres obowiązków:

• projektowanie instalacji elektrycznych w różnorodnych projektach,
• udział w realizacji projektów maszyn papierniczych,
• wprowadzanie zmian i modernizacja istniejących rozwiązań
• przygotowywanie dokumentacji technicznej na wszystkich etapach projektu
• ścisła współpraca z klientami
• prowadzenie i wspieranie zespołu projektowego (3–8 inżynierów) jako prawa ręka kierownika projektu.

Mile widziane:

• wykształcenie wyższe techniczne (elektrotechnika, energetyka lub automatyka),
• minimum 10 lat doświadczenia na podobnym stanowisku,
• bardzo dobra znajomość narzędzi projektowych (np. Cadmatic Electrical, Vertex, Eplan),
• samodzielność, aktywność i umiejętność pracy z klientem,
• doświadczenie w prowadzeniu i rozwijaniu zespołu projektowego,
• bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego (w mowie i piśmie),
• gotowość do podróży służbowych w Polsce i za granicą,
• uprawnienia budowlane bez ograniczeń w zakresie sieci, instalacji i urządzeń elektrycznych oraz elektroenergetycznych.

In English:

The ideal candidate is an experienced engineer with strong expertise in electrical engineering and instrumentation & control (I&C/DCS), as well as the ability to read P&ID diagrams.

Key responsibilities:

• designing electrical installations for a variety of projects
• participating in the execution of paper machine projects
• implementing changes and modernising existing solutions
• preparing technical documentation at all stages of the project
• close cooperation with clients
• leading and supporting a design team (3–8 engineers) as the right-hand person to the Project Manager

Desired qualifications:

•  a relevant university degree (e.g. Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering or Automation)
• at least 10 years of experience in a similar role
• excellent knowledge of design tools (e.g. Cadmatic Electrical, Vertex, Eplan)
• a proactive and independent working style, with strong client-facing skills
• experience in leading and developing a design team
• very good command of English, both spoken and written
•  willingness to travel for business purposes in Poland and abroad
• unrestricted professional licences/authorisations for electrical networks, installations and power systems
