At Pazzo, we aim to give our guests a break from everyday life, offering a small window into the culinary cultures of Italy and France. We prepare all our food from scratch, with respect for quality ingredients, a passion for the craft, and a keen attention to detail. Our inspiration comes from the small bistros of Paris and the simple trattorias of Tuscany.

Tasks:

– Preparation and production of dishes from our à la carte menu

– Ensure high quality in taste and presentation

– Work efficiently during service

– Maintain cleanliness and structure in the kitchen

– Contribute to a positive working environment

Qualifications:

– Experience working in a restaurant or à la carte kitchen

– Good cooking skills

– Experience with pasta and pizza is an advantage

– Fluent English
