Site Engineers (Multiple Disciplines), Granlund

**Are you ready to take an active role in site supervision across demanding international projects? We are now looking for Site Engineers across several technical disciplines to join Granlunds growing Site Services team.**

_Granlund is a rapidly growing expert organization in the real estate and construction sector. Together with our clients and stakeholders, we are building a sustainable and intelligent future. Our more than 1,600 professionals serve across 30 locations throughout Finland._

**Would you be one of our new Site Engineers?**

As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for site supervision within your own technical discipline, whether your expertise lies in Civil, Structural, Architectural, Mechanical (HVAC), Electrical, ICT, Security, Automation, or Moisture Management. As the client’s technical representative on site, you will play a key role in ensuring that technically demanding projects are executed according to approved plans, technical requirements, contractual obligations, and agreed quality standards.

In your daily work, you will monitor project progress, review installations, materials, and work phases, and ensure that execution aligns with approved plans and technical requirements. You will interpret technical drawings and project documentation, document your observations in digital systems, and help ensure that any quality issues or deviations are addressed appropriately. As a key link between the site and the wider project organization, you will provide accurate and up-to-date information on project progress and site activities.

The positions are full-time and permanent, and you will be employed directly by Granlund. The work is strongly site-based, with projects located throughout Finland. The most suitable project location will be discussed during the recruitment process. The role requires regular presence at project sites and readiness to travel.

**What are we looking for?**

We are looking for professionals who enjoy working close to construction and industrial projects and want to take responsibility for quality and technical execution on site. You have experience in site supervision, quality control, or technical project environments, along with a relevant engineering degree and the ability to interpret technical drawings, plans, and project documentation.

Your background may, for example, be in Civil, Structural or Architectural Engineering, Mechanical (HVAC), Electrical Engineering, ICT, Security, Automation or Moisture Management. Regardless of your discipline, you have a few years of experience working on construction or industrial projects and are comfortable operating in a site-based environment.

Experience with Dalux or Autodesk Construction Cloud is considered an advantage. Fluent English are required, while Finnish language skills are considered an advantage. You will also need a valid driving licence and readiness to work regularly at project sites.

You are proactive, quality-conscious, and eager to develop your expertise. You take responsibility for your work, communicate effectively with different stakeholders, and are not afraid to raise concerns when quality, safety, or project requirements are at risk.

**Why join us?**

At Granlund, you will work in a company that has been a pioneer in Finnish building services engineering for decades. You will contribute to demanding and large-scale projects such as data centers and commercial environments, where your work truly matters. As one of the leading data center design and consulting companies in the Nordics, we offer long-term career opportunities in a rapidly growing field, where projects are becoming increasingly significant in scale and impact. You will have strong opportunities to grow and develop your expertise, with career paths that can be shaped around your strengths and interests.

We place real emphasis on employee well-being, continuous learning, and a supportive, professional work environment. You will be part of a collaborative and ambitious team where people take ownership, share knowledge, and work together toward common goals.
