Fine Assembly Technician Bluefors Oy

We are looking for a precise and motivated Fine Assembly Technician for our valued client, Bluefors Oy, located in Pitäjänmäki with excellent transport connections. The employment is fixed-term until the end of October, with the possibility of extension.

The company operates internationally and brings together top professionals to develop future technologies. We are now seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Fine Assembly Technician to support the manufacturing of precision components for cryogenic measurement systems.

In this role
, you will be responsible for the precision assembly of critical mechanical components. Your work includes reading and interpreting technical drawings and work instructions, as well as operating manual lathe and milling machines when needed. You will also perform joining tasks using soldering and brazing techniques, as well as component finishing and quality verification.

Your daily work will involve maintaining a safe, organized, and 5S-compliant work environment. You will collaborate closely with production and quality teams and contribute to ensuring high standards in all assembly processes. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to work are essential in this role.

We expect
you to have proven hands-on experience in assembly and machining, as these are critical requirements for the role. Experience with soldering and/or brazing is considered an advantage, but these techniques can also be learned on the job.
