We are looking for a new colleague to join our highly engaged Customer Support team, a team of dedicated colleagues with a strong ONE BMW mindset and no “silo thinking”.

As Area Manager you will use your experience within the customer journey of aftersales and through a close cooperation with our dealers and service partners who are in constant movement. You will develop the business with a holistic and customer centric mindset. You will always be looking for new business development areas and workshop processes to increase parts and accessory turnover and coach our partners through the constant market changes and electric transformation. 

What awaits you?

  • Achieving and setting goals for customer satisfaction, revenue, service processes, capacity, and efficiency.
  • Perform the role of Key Account Manager and be the link between our dealers and our organization.
  • Identify new opportunities with current and potential partners.
  • Contribute to assess and provide input on how BMW ensures a Premium Customer Experience.
  • Support the launch and implementation of new customer service programs, including the digital customer journey.
  • Seek new business areas to ensure the aftermarket in the electrical transformation. 

What should you bring along?

  • Minimum 5 years of experience from the car industry and/or aftersales.
  • Strong communication skills and an extrovert personality. 
  • Speak and write fluently English and Finnish.
  • A great understanding of financials through both theoretical and practical background.

This is a permanent position. The position is located in modern facilities in Vantaa, and you will be reporting to Head of Customer Support.
