IT Project Manager

As a IT Project Manager, you will plan, execute, and finalize IT projects within deadlines and budget, while communicating effectively with team members and stakeholders, ensuring quality standards are met, and managing risks throughout the project lifecycle. You will also contribute in continuous development processes within Web Team.

Key accountabilities of the role:

• Collaborating with our business to create reports and dashboards to deliver solutions for data-driven decision-making of our business stakeholders
• Optimizing processes, technologies and governance routines and making sure we deliver accurate data through a robust validation process
• Delivering complex data findings in a clear and compelling way to the business
• Innovating with new technologies, techniques and practices

We are looking for a proactive, independent and highly analytical person who understands quickly the needs of business and works with both internal and external teams to build new ways to lead Anora’s business forward. 

Your competence areas:

• Knowledge about general IT development processes and projects
• Experience about Atlassian tools (Jira & Confluence)   
• Previous experience on any of the following: Contentful, Adobe Commerce, SAP, Integration platforms, InRiver and Personalization tools is considered as a benefit. 
• Good understanding of Project Management and software development processes
• Strong communication skills
• Fluent written and spoken Finnish and English. Any Nordic language skills are seen as a clear asset.  Capability to communicate clearly to business
