CNC TURNER / CNC MACHINIST
Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and technically oriented CNC professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be capable of operating a large-scale TosHulin PowerTurn 2500 C-M vertical turning centre. The role requires precision, as well as a strong understanding of metal-cutting technology and CNC programming.
Machine and Control System
– **Machine:** TosHulin PowerTurn 2500 C-M vertical turning centre
– **Control system:** Siemens SINUMERIK 840D SL
Requirements
– Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
– Knowledge of metal-cutting technology and machining processes.
– Proficiency in G-code-based programming (ISO 6983).
– Willingness to work a three-shift schedule.
The Following Will Be Considered an Advantage
– Experience in manufacturing and machining large and heavy workpieces.
– Experience operating an underhung overhead crane.
– Versatile CNC programming skills, particularly in:
– Polar and cylindrical coordinate systems.
– Subprograms.
– Parametric programming.
