Project Communication Officer, ACTRIS, Helsinki

Position Overview

ACTRIS ERIC is seeking a Project Communication Officer to support ACTRIS in the design, implementation, coordination and reporting of communication, dissemination, and impact activities within EU-funded projects, while ensuring coherence between project activities and ACTRIS operations.

Key responsibilities:

– Project-focused communication and dissemination planning in alignment with EU requirements, project objectives, and resources.

– Implementation and coordination of project-level communication activities, including coordination with project partners.

– Monitoring and reporting, contributing to project periodic reports and reviews with the European Commission, and to ACTRIS ERIC Head Office.

– Project proposal writing, notably sections related to Dissemination, Exploitation and Communication planning and impact.

– Internal coordination, working closely with ACTRIS Communication Officer for content creation and branding.

Requirements:

– Degree in communications, journalism, marketing or in a scientific field

– 3-5 years of relevant experience with EU-funded projects, notably on communications, dissemination activities

– English proficiency (spoken and written)

– Strong writing and visual communication skills

– Proficiency in MS Office

– Experience in Research Infrastructures

Type: full-time (negotiable)

Location: ACTRIS ERIC premises in Kumpula, Helsinki, possibility for remote work

Start date: October 2026
