About the role
This role sits at the intersection of marketing and sales. You will manage and optimize our client’s inbound funnel using HubSpot, nurture leads with content and campaigns, and help convert interest into qualified opportunities.
This is a great role for someone with early-career experience in B2B marketing or sales operations who wants to take ownership of the inbound process and grow into a larger revenue role.

Work tasks
What youll do
You will help run and develop our client’s inbound engine, including:
Inbound marketing & lead nurturing
– Manage inbound pipeline and lead flows in HubSpot
– Build and optimize lead nurturing workflows
– Monitor campaign performance and improve conversion rates
– Maintain lead scoring and lifecycle stages
Content & campaigns
– Help plan and produce B2B content (blog posts, landing pages, emails, guides, etc.)
– Coordinate content production internally or with external contributors
– Manage and optimize inbound campaigns
Inbound sales support
– Qualify inbound leads
– Run introductory discovery calls with potential customers
– Prepare leads for deeper sales discussions
Process ownership
– Help develop and improve inbound marketing playbook
– Ensure leads are properly tracked and followed up
– Maintain CRM hygiene and reporting
What were looking for
Requirements
– Experience in B2B marketing, inbound sales, or marketing operations
– Hands-on experience with HubSpot (or a similar marketing automation / CRM platform)
– Strong written and spoken English
– Ability to create or coordinate B2B marketing content
– Comfortable working independently and taking ownership
– Based in Finland with Finnish employment eligibility
Nice to have
– Experience with HubSpot marketing automation
– Experience running email nurture campaigns
– Experience in SaaS or B2B technology
– Experience running intro / qualification calls
– Basic understanding of pipeline management and sales processes
