**Job Description – Indian Cuisine Kitchen Worker**

We are looking for a skilled and reliable **Kitchen Worker with experience in Indian cuisine** to join our team. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of Indian cooking, food preparation, and kitchen operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

– Prepare and cook a variety of authentic Indian dishes.

– Assist with food preparation, including chopping, marinating, seasoning, and cooking.

– Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.

– Follow food safety and kitchen hygiene regulations.

– Keep the kitchen, equipment, and work areas clean and organized.

– Work efficiently as part of a kitchen team during busy service periods.

– Assist with stock handling and proper storage of food ingredients.

**Requirements:**

– Previous experience working in an Indian kitchen or with Indian cuisine.

– Good knowledge of Indian spices, ingredients, cooking techniques, and traditional dishes.

– Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

– Good teamwork, communication, and time-management skills.

– Reliable, responsible, and willing to learn.

– Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards is an advantage.
