 Patria’s Group Communications is looking for a Brand and Marketing Manager
 
 What you’ll do
 
Unified and consistent brand has now even more important role than before at Patria. The company is rooted in Finland, but its business is increasingly global. Strong employer brand is needed to ensure that today’s Patrians continue to be proud of the company and that we attract increasing number of new colleagues across markets.
 
 As the Brand and Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in driving Patria’s brand strategy and ensuring its purpose is reflected across all touchpoints. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product marketing, and liaise with external stakeholders such as agencies and partners.
 
 Your key responsibility is to lead Patria’s brand development and to improve processes and guidelines related to brand management. Through this work, you can guide also Patrians across the organization to navigate and easily utilize various brand assets. Driving and developing our recently introduced Patria digital brand book is one of your key development areas.
 
 In addition, you’ll master employer branding and can drive recruitment marketing campaigns, working closely especially with HR, the recruitment team and business, to boost our employer promise, You make the difference.

Who you are

  • You are passionate about the brand and its importance to the company.
  • You recognize the value of a strong, unified corporate brand and have an interest in employer branding.
  • You have years of experience leading brand development and management with measurable results.
  • You have international experience across various organizations.
  • You have a proven track record of successful brand marketing campaigns, including recruitment.
  • You drive brand development through multiple channels and content formats, focusing on digital.
  • You possess excellent writing and presentation skills in English and Finnish.
  • You work well in a matrix organization and cross-functional teams.

Patria’s Group Communications works in close collaboration with all operations and functions across Patria countries. The Group Communications 4-member team is responsible besides the Patria brand for group-wide corporate communications, including external and internal communications, media relations, financial and responsibility communications, and Patria’s digital channels and social media.

Your primary location may be Patria’s headquarters in Helsinki or office in Tampere.
