Technical Customer Service Manager

We’re looking for a Technical Customer Service Manager
to work as part of our Global Quality team in Operation Excellence organization. In this key role you will impact to the success of our premium products and to satisfaction of both B2B and consumer customers. You will report to Vice President, Quality and Sustainability.
You will be responsible for Nokian Tyres’ global technical customer service, primarily on passanger car tyre products. This is definitely a teamwork with several internal stakeholders like Products & Innovations, Business areas and quality teams. You will ensure consistent and high-quality technical product support and addressed complex technical inquiries and escalations. If needed, you will also lead possible field quality operations. You will be responsible for driving and developing our product claim handling systems and practices.
As a Technical Customer Service Manager, you will collect valuable market feedback on product performance and customer satisfaction and forward feedback to other internal teams. Your expertise is appreciated also in new product launches and trainings.
What we expect from you:
- At least B.Sc. in a relevant technical field
- Knowledge and interest on vehicle technology
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and great presentation skills
- Excellent communication, co-operation, and problem-solving skills
- Proven experience in project management
- Fluent in written and spoken English, other language skills are a benefit
- Hands-on approach and easiness to work with different cultures
- Good IT skills
