Your Role & Responsibilities

As an Account Manager, you will:

Be the go-to contact for customers, creating a strong first impression and expanding client relationships.
Guide businesses in adopting cloud-based solutions and maximizing their potential.
Identify new sales opportunities and help small and medium-sized businesses grow.
Work closely with specialists to increase sales and drive revenue.
Gather and share valuable customer insights to improve business strategies.

What We’re Looking For

We welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds who are eager to learn and grow.

You’d be a great fit if you:

– Speak Finnish or Swedish fluently and have strong English skills.
– Have 1-2 years of experience in IT sales, account management, or customer relations.
– Are familiar with CRM tools such as Dynamics 365 or Salesforce.

You’ll stand out if you:
– Have experience working with or selling MS Azure, Office 365, or Dynamics 365.
– Hold a Microsoft Fundamentals certification in cloud-based solutions.
