Head Waiter (Lunch), BRONDA

At Bronda, we take a culinary journey through modern brasserie cuisine, exploring the flavors of Spain, Italy, and France. As the Head Waiter, you will be part of the restaurants management team, working under the Restaurant Manager, responsible for ensuring smooth and high-quality customer service, as well as organizing the work of the floor team. We require applicants to have previous experience in similar managerial roles in the restaurant industry, a warm service attitude, and excellent social skills. However, the most crucial key to success is a genuine desire to work with people and a passion for our product. Success in this role requires the ability to manage the big picture, versatile teamwork skills, and a strong desire to succeed in the restaurant industry. We hope you have the ambition to develop both your own skills and the restaurants operations, as well as the ability to lead by example. We provide leadership training for the Head Waiter, making this position an excellent stepping stone towards more responsible roles. We especially value a willingness to grow your expertise and the ability to adapt quickly to changing situations.
