We are currently recruiting experienced Site Managers, Engineers, Supervisors, and other site professionals for large-scale greenfield and brownfield investment projects in Northern Sweden.
Recruitment is carried out by Vimpro Oy on behalf of our client OakWood Trading Oy, a trusted project services partner operating in major Nordic industrial projects.
Your Role
You will be part of the site organization representing the client within an Owners Engineer (OE), EPCM, or EPC project environment. Your role is to ensure that site execution meets all requirements related to safety, quality, schedule, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise site execution in compliance with applicable codes, standards, and regulations
Act as a key interface between engineering, construction, and other stakeholders
Monitor progress and KPIs within your discipline
Manage change orders and non-conformities
Ensure high standards of quality and safety
Contribute actively as part of a professional, multidisciplinary project team
Candidate Profile
Relevant technical education and professional competence within your discipline
Experience in industrial or infrastructure projects
Familiarity with Scandinavian codes and standards
Experience in processing industries (data centers, oil & gas, mining & metals) is an advantage
Strong site / field experience
Good command of English (Finnish and/or Swedish is an advantage)
Residency in, or valid work permit for, Finland or Sweden
