PRODUCT SPECIALIST, ONLINE POKER

We are looking for a Product Specialist for a permanent and full-time position to ensure Veikkaus’ Online Poker success. This role is crucial as Veikkaus continues to accelerate the growth of its Online Poker vertical. Your primary focus in this position will be to bring Veikkaus customers the best online poker experience in the industry.

As Online Poker Product Specialist, you will help to ensure the excellence of our digital Poker business. Your main responsibility is to execute operational poker tasks to further develop our existing responsible, modern, and profitable poker room.  You will work internally and externally with several cross-functional teams to ensure the best customer experience possible. 

You will

• Take responsibility for online poker operations as a member of our poker team
• Execute daily tasks regarding poker game portfolio, poker roadmap and visibility on site
• Co-operate across the board, whether that be externally with our Online Poker supplier, the Regulator or internally
• Align with Sales & Marketing, Front End and other teams on important game and key feature launches or upgrades so that they will be handled with high quality and in time
• Write gaming instructions and support material for poker home page as well as upload campaign visuals to poker front-end 
• Respond to player questions and solve end user inquiries in co-operation with our customer support
• Monitor performance, analyze and produce data to understand our Online Poker customers and their playing habits in order to optimize the poker offering 
• Assess competitors and market trends to ensure we remain ahead of the competition 
• In addition to your primary poker responsibilities, help your team members to achieve goals 

Our ideal candidate will have:

• A strong sense of accountability for goals and deliverables
• High motivation and energy to deliver the best customer experience
• A commercially focused and dynamic mindset. You are capable of working in a constantly changing environment
• A can-do attitude with excellent communication skills
• At least two years of experience in online poker or other online casino roles 
• Solid industry experience, good knowledge of gaming content providers, operators, and gaming generally
• Experience in project management processes and good organizational and influencing skills
• Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English
