Service & Operations Agent, Mariehamn
Summer is approaching and our wonderful team in Åland needs reinforcements for the season. As a Service Agent you work with diverse tasks, mainly check-in at both Mariehamn and Långnäs terminals. In Mariehamn, we also operate our travel shop selling boat trips, hotels, and other ground services. We work all days of the week, mostly daytime but also night shifts occur. The job is part-time (52 h/4 weeks) and fixed-term for the summer of 2026. We expect experience or great interest in sales and customer service, good language skills, IT skills, problem-solving ability, legal age (over 18), and a B driving license.
