Bartender for ships
As a bartender, you will lead your department’s teams and daily activities as a strong and fair supervisor. You will pay attention to bar concepts, budgets, and follow the instructions of your supervisor. In addition to supervisory duties, one of your main tasks is to provide excellent customer service. You participate in product development with the Food & Beverage team and seek new ways to delight customers. Responsibilities include managing staff allocation, achieving daily goals, and conducting feedback discussions with team members. You ensure all work duties are properly handled with professionalism and the premises remain clean. Requirements: excellent communication and coaching skills in supervisor work, flexibility, ability to adapt quickly to shipboard conditions, initiative, and proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint, and Teams. Appropriate work experience required. Language skills: fluent Finnish, at least English and Swedish. Salary according to the collective agreement. Permanent position starting as agreed.
