Kitchen Lead/Head chef Poke & Warm Salad Restaurant
As a Kitchen Lead, you will take ownership of the daily kitchen operations in a fast-paced poke and warm bowl concept.
– Manage daily food preparation and service
– Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and portion control
– Maintain high hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP)
– Handle inspections and ensure proper documentation
– Monitor food cost, reduce waste, and manage inventory
– Plan ordering and coordinate with suppliers
– Develop new menu items and improve existing dishes
– Support kitchen staff, training, and workflow organization
– Optimize prep systems and service efficiency during peak hours
What we expect
– Previous experience in a professional kitchen (fast casual preferred)
– Strong sense of responsibility and ownership
– Ability to work efficiently under pressure
– Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
– Interest or experience in menu development is a plus
