Technical Operations & Automation Specialist
**Job Description:** We are a growing automotive service company specializing in windshield replacement, currently expanding our operations across Finland. We are looking for a hands-on **Technical Operations & Automation Specialist** to lead our digital transformation and build the technical foundation for our nationwide branch network.
In this role, you will not just maintain IT systems; you will architect and build custom solutions that integrate Artificial Intelligence with our core business processes, from logistics to customer service.
**Main Tasks and Responsibilities:**
– **ERP/CRM Development:** Designing and deploying a custom-built system to manage customer lifecycles, inventory tracking (glass and materials), and labor-hour accounting for multiple branches.
– **AI & API Integration:** Implementing AI-driven communication tools and automated chatbots via API (OpenAI/Anthropic) to handle customer inquiries, appointment bookings, and lead processing.
– **Workflow Automation:** Automating end-to-end business processes to eliminate manual data entry and synchronize information between sales, logistics, and technical departments.
– **Digital Logistics Management:** Creating and managing digital tracking systems for supply chain operations to ensure efficient material distribution across regional locations.
– **Staff Training & Documentation:** Developing technical manuals and conducting training sessions for employees on how to use new AI tools and CRM interfaces.
– **Process Optimization:** Mapping and structuring business operations to ensure scalability and high service standards as the company opens new service points.
**Requirements & Skills:**
– Practical experience in building and customizing CRM/ERP systems.
– Proficiency in API integrations and implementing AI (LLM) solutions for business tasks.
– Strong understanding of database management and data engineering.
– Background in digitizing manual processes, preferably in logistics or service sectors.
– Ability to translate complex technical systems into user-friendly instructions for non-technical staff.
– **Education:** While a formal degree is valued, we prioritize a strong portfolio of implemented automation projects and 5+ years of relevant hands-on experience.
– The candidate must demonstrate practical experience in BOTH AI API integration AND staff technical training
