Sunshine Early Learning Centre is looking for an ECEC Child Carer to join our international team of early childhood education professionals – Could you be the one?

We are looking for an ECEC Child Carer who genuinely enjoys working with children. An enthusiastic professional, whose focus is on developing the pedagogy with their team, as well as their own expertise in the field. As an ECEC Child Carer you – together with your team – plan and implement pedagogically focused care, education and teaching for a group of children. In your duties, you will have the support of your own multiprofessional team, as well as the Daycare Manager.

To be qualified to this position you need to have an ECEC Practical Nurse (lähihoitaja) qualification or other equivalent qualification in accordance with the Early Childhood Education Act (540/2018). If your qualification is not from Finland, it must be recognised by the Finnish Agency for Education (Opetushallitus).

Our working language is English, so it is essential that you have very good English language skills . A good knowledge of the National Core Curriculum for Early Childhood Education and Care (2022) is also important in this position.
