Roofer (Soft Roofing Specialist)
We are looking for experienced roofers for soft roofing projects in Espoo, Finland.
Main duties include:
– Installation and repair of soft roofing
– Torch application and welding of roofing felt (ruberoid)
– Preparation of roofing surfaces
– Waterproofing works
– Ensuring proper installation quality and safety standards
Required Skills and Competencies:
– Previous experience in soft roofing works
– Ability to weld and install ruberoid roofing materials
– Understanding of roofing technologies and safety requirements
– Ability to work independently and in a team
– Good physical condition and responsibility
Mandatory Requirements (Finland Work Compliance)
– Valid right to work in Finland (residence permit / visa / permanent residence)
– Valid Residence Permit for an Employed Person (Työntekijän oleskelulupa) or equivalent legal work authorization
– Valid Työturvallisuuskortti (Occupational Safety Card)
– Valid Tulityökortti (Hot Work Permit Card)
Required Language Skills
– Russian
– Other languages are not required
Working Hours
– 40 hours per week
– Overtime possible according to project needs
Duration of Employment
– Permanent employment contract (toistaiseksi voimassa oleva)
– Employment begins: ASAP
– Probation period: 6 months
Work Location
Espoo, Finland Remote work is not possible
