Job description
Guest Service Team plays a crucial role in warmly welcoming and taking care of our in-house guests. The Valet and the front desk reception team work extremely closely to manage the guest service duties. This role is hospitality- and customer service-driven. Duties include:
High-end customer service
– Welcoming Guests, opening the car doors, assisting with luggage
– Serving welcome drinks and helping with the check-in process
– Driving guests to and from the rooms
– Delivering breakfast and room service
– Rooming guests, explaining how to use the Sauna, Fireplace, etc.
– Helping guest with their requests
Also, tasks include
– Upselling activities and giftshop retail products
– Managing the luggage room
– Preparing outside private dining areas
– Delivering wood to the fireplaces
– Maintaining the cleanliness of the valet cars
– Maintaining the outdoor sports equipment
– Shoveling snow from entrances, helping Housekeeping Team if needed
– Running errands
General requirements
– Capable of completing work tasks independently as well as working in a team
– Problem-solving skills & you are self-driven
– Outgoing personality with good communication skills
– Motivation to learn
– Valid driver license
– Fluent English language
– Ability to legally work in Finland (Finnish working visa or EU Residence)
Considered as an advantage
– Additional languages
– Ability to read different situations and adapt to them
– Previous experience in the Hotel industry
– Being charismatic and you have small talk skills
