Are you our new Santa’s Helper?
(Main seasons 10/2025 – 1/2026 and 10/2025 – 3/2026)

Santa’s Helpers creates unforgettable experiences for our guests in our two Christmas experience locations. Santa’s Helpers welcome guests worldwide to SantaPark- the home cavern of Santa Claus, an indoor Christmas-themed park- and lead them through different activities or to Santa Claus Secret Forest Joulukka, which provides tailor-made Christmas experiences for families. Here, the Santa’s Helpers take visitors on unique adventures to learn the secrets from the Command Centre or take guests to have a peek into our Toy Factory.

An outgoing team player will thrive in this role. We value a good attitude and a motivation to learn. In this job, you can bring your skills, interests, and experiences to the role as you let your inner elf shine!

Fluent English language skill is required. Additional language is valued.

We are looking for elves who can:
* Embrace the role of a fairy-tale character and bring it to life through storytelling, performance, and playful interaction.
* Communicate fluently in English, other language skills are a big plus, especially Spanish!
* Use their restaurant or hospitality skills to enhance guest experiences (highly appreciated).
* Shine in front of an audience confident in performing, guiding, and entertaining groups of all sizes.
* Show creativity, imagination, and strong communication skills to spark joy and wonder.
* Have a background in animation, theater, or other performing arts (a great advantage).
* Deliver exceptional customer service with warmth and sensitivity, understanding that many guests are here for a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
* Work independently and collaboratively with a proactive attitude and strong work ethic.
* Manage time well and approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset.
* Brave the Arctic able to work outdoors for extended periods in winter conditions.
* Hold a driving license and have experience driving in snowy, icy conditions (a great bonus).
* Commit to working throughout the entire magical season.
