Group instructor, Robust Gallery Helsinki

Robust Studios is a boutique group training concept that combines high-performance training, music, strong community, and premium-level coaching.

We are currently looking for energetic and skilled group fitness instructors to lead HIIT, strength training, and private sessions, as well as barre, pilates, reformer, and yoga classes.

What kind of instructor fits the Robust team?

We are looking for someone who:
is passionate about coaching and inspiring people
creates strong energy and a great atmosphere in every class
confidently leads high-intensity group training
is comfortable coaching to the rhythm of music
is service-minded and approachable
understands the importance of social media in todays studio environment
can invoice for their work (independent contractor)

Your background:
You have a degree or education in the fitness industry and solid experience in group training and music-based instruction.

To succeed in this role, you need the ability to:
motivate clients and create an inspiring training experience
coach safely with strong technical quality
adapt exercises for different fitness levels
teach a variety of training formats
correct technique and movement patterns
instructing in the rhythm of music
actively promote your own classes both in person and on social media

Language skills
Classes are instructed in Finnish or English.

We primarily seek instructors with versatile coaching skills, but you are also welcome to apply for a specific area (e.g. reformer pilates).
