Group Instructor, Robust Gallery Helsinki

Robust Studios is a boutique fitness concept combining effective workouts, music, strong community and high-level coaching. We are looking for an energetic and skilled group fitness instructor to lead HIIT & Run, R-Strength and corporate classes.

What kind of instructor fits the Robust team?

We are looking for someone who:
is passionate about coaching and inspiring people
creates strong energy and atmosphere in every class
is experienced in leading high-intensity group training
is customer-oriented and approachable
understands the importance of social media in a modern studio environment

You have an education in sports and fitness and strong experience in group fitness instruction.

Success in this role requires the ability to:
motivate clients and create an inspiring training experience
coach safely and with excellent technical quality as well as efficiency
adapt exercises for participants with different fitness levels
correct technique and movement patterns
promote and market your own classes

Language:
Classes are instructed in either Finnish or English.
