Logistics Coordinator
We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our Europe Logistics team in HQ Vantaa. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and developing logistics and customer needs for all sales channels of Reima Europe. Your role will involve maintaining warehouse accuracy, checking and posting invoices, and collaborating and managing the daily logistics cooperation with internal and external stakeholders to drive transparency, cost efficiency and improved customer service level.
The main responsibilities of the position are:
– ensure sufficient communication flow between LSPs and customer support team
– understand inventory and sales postings impact on inventory reconciliation
– understand and optimise logistic costs in all operations
– support all channels logistics
– handle and check logistics related invoices
– update and coordinate customer VAS and delivery methods
– create and follow stock transfers
– ensure warehouse receipts are processed and posted
– carry out inventory reconciliation for dedicated warehouse locations
– prepare outbound prioritisation and create customs invoices
To succeed in this role, you will need:
– Bachelors degree in supply chain management or a related field, or few years of relevant work experience in international logistics
– strong organisational, time management and prioritisation skills
– strong numerical and analytical skills
– fluent verbal and written English proficiency, Finnish is an advantage
– excellent ERP, excel and BI-tools skills

This is a full-time permanent position, and it is located at Reima headquarter office in Vantaa, Finland, with a hybrid working model. However, we will be moving to new, fresh premises in Vallila, Helsinki at the beginning of August.
