And guess what? We are a growth company. Thats where you come in. We are on the lookout for a new Sales Manager to join our Commercial team and be part of our exciting journey! We have a hybrid work model and your colleagues are located in the Helsinki area.

SALES MANAGER
Do your eyes sparkle at the thought of engaging in sales and discussing the development needs of clients’ businesses? Is acquiring new clients a role you’d thrive in?
We want to remove manual tasks from the world and give our customers the tools to work smarter, not harder. Youll be offering clients genuinely value-adding services to help optimise their operations.
In your role, youll explore the business development opportunities of companies in the accounting industry and CFOs, Finance directors and financial administrators across different industries. Your background in selling software to the accounting industry or to CFOs will be a huge advantage, as we believe that understanding our clients needs and challenges is key to success. Ideally, you already have existing networks you can leverage to help open doors and drive business. Your deep understanding of accounting and financial administration will be important to succeed. Youll also have the opportunity to collaborate with Rajobits product team in brainstorming new product concepts.
If you succeed in this role, your career path can lead to international sales or various business development roles with us. We are looking for people who want to take responsibility and are looking to grow with us. You’ll receive coaching in your role and a genuine opportunity to develop.

Salary range: €3000-€3600 + commission / month

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
Several years of experience in SaaS sales, with specific experience selling software solutions to the accounting or financial admin (CFOs finance directors, financial administrators). Existing networks would be highly beneficial.
Strong stress tolerance and ability to work under pressure
Process oriented approach to sales
Ability to manage and grow the sales pipeline independently
Fluent Finnish and English (other languages are plus, especially Nordic languages)
The ability to utilize our CRM system extensively (Hubspot)
