EKA Composite is now hiring a
PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
Would you like to take on a key role in a growing company where innovation and sustainability are at the forefront? EKA Composite is a composite manufacturer in an expansive phase, and we are now looking for a Production supervisor to lead production with structure, efficiency, and engagement.
As a Production supervisor with us, you will be at the center of the action planning and leading the daily operations in our modern production environment. Your task will be to ensure smooth production flow, provide the staff with the necessary resources, and continuously improve our processes. You will also play an important role in introducing and motivating our employees.
Main responsibilities:
Lead and organize work in the production
Ensure a safe, organized, and efficient working environment
Follow up on and implement the production plan
Introduce new employees and conduct development discussions
Collaborate with management to develop the business
We are looking for someone who:
Has strong leadership skills and enjoys managing a team
Is structured, proactive, and cost-conscious
Has excellent motivational and communication skills
Is flexible and can handle change and quick transitions
Speaks and writes Swedish or English (Finnish is an advantage)
Has experience working with production systems and sees the benefits of digital tools
We would be happy if you have experience in serial production and occupational safety, but your attitude and commitment are the most important factors.
