The position includes preparing and cooking wok dishes as well as performing various kitchen tasks such as prep work, ingredient handling, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen. Previous wok experience is preferred but not required, as we will provide full training in wok techniques and Vietnamese cuisine. The role requires 1–3 years of general kitchen experience and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Vietnamese is necessary to ensure smooth communication with our current staff. Additional language skills are considered an advantage.
