Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for optimizing workflows in helicopter maintenance? We’re looking for a maintenance planner to strengthen our production support team at Stockholm-Arlanda!

Key Responsibilities 

• Prepare, plan, coordinate line & base maintenance tasks on helicopters
• Provide daily support to production staff at line and base
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective process
• Monitor demand vs capacity and material availability to ensure project delivery and customer satisfaction.

Your Profile

Theoretical experience: Bachelor degree in Aeronautics or equivalent by experience.

Practical experience: Minimum 5 years of work experience, with at least 2 years in an MRO environment in a similar role.

It´s an advantage if you also have experience as a licensed aircraft engineer

Skills & attributes: 

• Team player with strong organizational skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, work well independently and with different teams.
• Ability to prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Solid knowledge of Part-145 regulations to ensure compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
