Job Title: Business Controller, Group

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Business Controller to join our Group Business Control team either in Tampere or in Helsinki

You will have a crucial role in our our group-wide business planning processes, in our group-level monthly and quarterly reporting and analysis and drive the development of high-quality reporting and performance management tools across the organization.

In the position you will work closely with finance and business stakeholders across our group, acting as a finance business partner to selected Group functions and contributing to improved financial insight, data-driven decision-making, and efficient processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage monthly financial reporting to the Group Management Team and Board of Directors, providing clear insights and performance commentary
• Lead and coordinate group-level budgeting, forecasting, and planning cycles
• Act as finance business partner to Group IT, ensuring sound financial support and guidance
• Drive and support in development of overall reporting processes, tools, and systems (incl. Power BI) to ensure accuracy, transparency, and efficiency
• Promote harmonization and best practices in controlling and performance management across the group
• Lead and contribute in various development initiatives and projects on our way 

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
• At least 3 years of proven experience in controlling, preferably at group or divisional level
• Strong analytical and communication skills in Finnish and English
• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI; experience with ERP and integrated planning systems is a plus
• Structured, collaborative, and proactive mindset
