Nepalese Cook

We are looking for a skilled Nepalese Tandoori and Curry Cook to join our kitchen team. The successful candidate will prepare authentic Nepalese curries, tandoori dishes, naan breads, and other traditional menu items like MOMOs, Sukuti, Selroti while maintaining high standards of taste and presentation.

Main duties include preparing ingredients, cooking meals, making sauces and marinades, operating the tandoor oven, and ensuring food is served on time. The role also involves keeping the kitchen clean, following food safety and hygiene standards, checking ingredient quality, and helping manage stock.

The ideal candidate should have experience cooking authentic Nepalese cuisine, especially tandoori and curry dishes. They should be able to work well under pressure, follow recipes consistently, work as part of a team, and take pride in preparing high-quality food for customers.
