Our restaurant operations are expanding to Helsinki. Come join us in building a new restaurant experience in Helsinki! An experiential Italian restaurant with a wide selection of wines will open its doors in Helsinki in June. Now we are looking for an enthusiastic and professional team to join us from the start!
We offer a unique opportunity to be part of creating a restaurant that combines high-quality food, top-class service and an unforgettable atmosphere.
Training/induction will take place during May.
Key tasks:
– Managing and developing the restaurant’s daily operations
– Ensuring customer experience and maintaining service quality
– Monitoring and developing sales and achieving performance targets
– Budgeting, cost monitoring and profitability optimization
– Shift planning and resource management
– Cooperation with the kitchen manager to ensure the smooth running of the whole
– Developing operations in accordance with the restaurant’s concept
– Supervisor responsibility
– Staff recruitment, orientation and training
– Team management, motivation and ensuring well-being at work
– Maintaining a good atmosphere in the work community
